Excellent service by Nicole Nogiec, she patently walked me through the renewal of my home policy and found me savings for my car insurance. I’ve been with this insurance group for at least four years now and they always have timely updates on any renewals or changes and are very communicative.

Welp, for me it was that time of year to look into seeing if I could find more affordable car insurance. I've been with My Ins Grp I think the last yr or two and the people there have been wonderful especially Nicole who I have to say I put through the ringer looking for better rates. I just am having a hard time understanding these insurance companies. I'm paying more as a senior citizen as a stable driver in no rush to go any where then I was when I was a new driver at 18 in a hurry to go every where. Nicole was very patient, kind and understanding with this cranky old lady and in the end she exhausted every avenue there was and gave me sound options and advice. I am very very happy with Nicole and her service and My Ins Grp and look forward to doing this dance all over again in 6 months. Well, not really looking forward to having to jump through all these hoops again but I guess the day of yearly policies are gone. Talk to you again in June Nicole. Oh and the question below about how I feel about the price which shows above this review is no relection on Nicole or the agency. There is nothing great nor reasonable about rate hikes with zero claims. That's just more profit for the insurance companies which will hike premiums if you even make a claim. So your dammed if you do and dammed if you don't.

My Insurance group agent Barbara Jackson is absolutely without a doubt Outstanding Service on all our insurance needs it truly shows in her extensive background and experience navigation thru the network of potential insurers to find the best fit and right affordability. I stand by my broker Barbara she is a wonderful lady and truly is a people person she listens to you concerns and explains insurance talk so you can understand. I've worked with My Insurance Group for quite a few years now and everyone has been great! What stood out to me this time around when I had to renew my insurance was the great service Nicole provided. She was very helpful, courteous, and understanding. I recommend her and this company to anyone who is looking for home insurance, or any insurance for that matter.

Nicole at My Insurance Group was amazing. I’ve been doing business with them for years and they always help me get the best bundle for House and Auto. She was very thorough, sweet and answered all my questions. Even my horrible dad jokes. Cha Ching! Another year saving hundreds of dollars. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to buy more meal simples at H‑E‑B with all the money I’ve saved.

My Insurance Group provides excellent service. The staff is very friendly and always takes care of every request. The person who usually assists me is Beatriz Olmedo. She truly makes an effort to respond and resolve my requests quickly. She is always in a good mood and her enthusiasm is contagious. You can tell she enjoys her work and genuinely cares about her clients. I’m very grateful for Beatriz attention and I give her 5 stars for her outstanding service.

Carlos Bustamante and Allison Lynch were very helpful, informative, and detailed with my home insurance renewal. Carlos was honest and upfront with every detail of the policy, which was helpful in making a decision. Previsouly, Beatriz Olmedo also was extremly helpful and great at explaining updates needed for my home insuance coverage. She helped in every step of the way and submitted all documents needed to update the insurance.
